Charleys occupies a counter inside the Walmart Supercenter on Collier Boulevard, and the giveaway is the smell: steak and onions on a hot flat-top, cheese folded through, rolls toasting alongside. The menu holds the Philly Cheesesteak, the Old School, the Bacon 3, and chicken builds including Chicken California and Chicken Teriyaki. Fries arrive original, cheese-covered, or loaded with steak and chicken. Classic and boneless wings come sauced from buffalo through mango habanero, hot honey and Korean BBQ.
