Doors open at four every day, with happy hour and a discounted early dining menu covering the first stretch of service. The kitchen leans seafood, sending out snapper Hemingway, macadamia-nut-crusted mahi and cedar plank salmon, though the prime rib carries just as much weight. Order the hot chocolate lava cake when you order dinner, because it takes half an hour. Daytona diners come for the water and stay for the unhurried pacing.
