CHAZ 51 STEAKHOUSE – Restaurant

Venice's Bird Bay Plaza turns steakhouse at four o'clock, when the lounge opens for an all-night happy hour and the hand-cut beef hits the grill. Chaz 51 serves Black Angus Midwestern steaks aged in house: boneless New York strip, twin petite filet mignon, a well-marbled boneless ribeye. Starters lean coastal, with bacon-wrapped scallops, mussels in tomato and white wine, sesame-crusted ahi tuna and grilled lamb chop lollipops. Beyond steak there is linguine di mare, cilantro lime salmon, broiled Hawaiian pink snapper and an all-you-can-eat ribs, chicken or fish deal. Private dining rooms take up to seventy-five. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
