Chaz-N-Lu's runs barbecue the mobile way around Miami, cooking ribs to order and selling them by the dinner or by the whole slab. Portions are generous and the range is wider than a smoker suggests: rib dinners, turkey wing dinners, oxtail dinners, wings with fries. Bahamian seafood shares the board with the pit, so conch salad, conch and fries, and shrimp with conch all turn up beside the smoke. Orders travel by delivery across the city, and the kitchen works community food events around Miami Gardens too. There is no dining room and no fuss. Ribs, conch, sides, and done.
