Orlando has more than one Cheddar's, and each runs the same from-scratch kitchen: sauces, sides and dressings made on site rather than shipped in. Meals begin with honey butter croissants baked in house. After that come Santa Fe spinach dip, Wisconsin cheese bites, hand-breaded chicken tenders, baked potato soup and grilled chicken pecan salad. Bigger plates cover homemade chicken pot pie, spasagna, New Orleans pasta, baby back ribs, top sirloin and bourbon glazed salmon with shrimp. Hand-crafted lemonades, by the glass or the gallon, and a two-per-guest Painkiller anchor the bar. Weekday lunch pricing runs until three. Open from eleven.
