Chef Ness Bakery LLC – Restaurant
A glatt kosher bakery in Hallandale Beach, open early through the week and shut all day for Shabbat, under Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Broward supervision. Everything is parve and baked on site: challah, bagels, bourekas and white breads on one side; rugelach, macarons, sweet kaak, babkas, croissants, turnovers and muffins on the other. Cheesecakes, loaf cakes and roll cakes fill the case, with tiramisu, napoleons and dessert shot cups going out on platters. Head pastry chef Nissim Sabach builds the custom and wedding cakes to match a party's colours. Holiday catalogues arrive for Rosh Hashanah, Purim and Hanukkah. Established 2009.
