Deep dish is the headline, built thick and loaded, with a Hawaiian version carrying ham, bacon and pineapple. The Chicago Italian beef sandwich is the other reason people show up, and the Chicago dog arrives correctly on a poppy seed bun with Vienna Beef inside. Beyond that sit stromboli, chicken parmigiana, lasagna, spaghetti with marinara, buffalo chicken tenders and bruschetta, with cinnamon bites to finish. Portions run generous throughout. It is Chicago comfort food, cooked properly, a very long way from Chicago.
