Across the road from Paddock Mall, tucked into the Walmart Supercenter on Southwest 19th Avenue Road, this Marion County outpost of Guy Fieri's chicken brand trades on one idea: sauce. Tenders arrive pounded flat, brined in lemon juice, pickle brine and buttermilk, then herbed. Eat them plain, in a basket, or built into the Italian Chicken Sandwich, Italian Wrap or Caesar Wrap. Lemon Pepper joins a long roster of the chef's signature dips. Milkshakes are hand-spun from chocolate and vanilla soft serve, the Buckleberry finished with cinnamon toast crumble. Open ten in the morning until ten at night, every day.
