On East Bloomingdale Avenue, this Brandon outpost builds an entire menu around one thing done many ways. Order a scoop with crackers, two scoops side by side, or a sandwich on flaky croissant or traditional bread; pimento cheese stands in for anyone who wants it. Melts arrive under provolone, or cheddar and bacon, and there is a BLT alongside an oven-roasted turkey club. Meals come with a pickle, a cookie and a fresh side, whether broccoli salad, grape salad, pasta salad or cut fruit. Quick Chicks travel home in shareable tubs. Soup, mac and cheese, and cake by the slice.
