There is the classic Cubano, a medianoche on potato bread, pan con lechon, pan con bistec, a Puerto Rican tripleta, and El Jibarito, which swaps bread for fried plantain. A footlong called the 4x4 Phenomenon feeds a table. Beyond sandwiches sit octopus or shrimp salad, camarones, grouper and tilapia in red mojo, arroz con gandules. Finish with flan de queso, tres leches, or guava shell with cream cheese. Tropical shakes cover mamey, parcha and tamarindo. Reservations for the larger parties.
