Peruvian-Chinese cooking done the way the Tou family has done it for over three decades: Chifa Du Kang's Miramar Parkway room turns out wok food with Lima's accent, from recipes handed down through the generations. Start on Siu May dumplings or a dozen fried wantan, move to Chaufa Especial, Lomo Saltado, Tallarin Saltado or Pollo Chi Jau Kay, and finish with Chancho con Pina. A combinado pairs noodles and fried rice on one plate. Regulars mention generous servings, food that tastes identical every visit, and staff who keep things moving.
