Blue Ginger Seafood Steakhouse on Miramar Parkway treats dinner as performance. Chefs work the teppanyaki griddles tableside, moving steak, chicken, seafood and vegetables through knife work and flame, and the room is built to absorb a birthday table without blinking. The other draw is the sushi bar, where rolls and sashimi drift past on a floating boat river running the counter. There is a full bar, a quieter served section for two, and plenty of space. It opens daily for lunch and dinner, until ten most nights and eleven on Friday and Saturday. Theatre is served here alongside the teriyaki.
