This Biscayne Boulevard branch is the one the brand itself runs as its kosher store, and it works exactly like the rest: pick a base, pick a flavour, pile on as many Mix-N's as you want, and watch liquid nitrogen freeze the whole thing solid in about forty-five seconds. Cream, yogurt and tart yogurt sit alongside coconut, almond and oat milk bases and a fruit sorbet, so dairy-free orders are ordinary rather than an afterthought. Flavours run from vanilla and chocolate through to Nutella, biscotti and salted caramel. Afternoons through late evening, seven days a week. Made to order, always.
