South Ferdon Boulevard in Crestview, a takeout-first Chinese kitchen that opens Tuesday through Sunday and closes on Mondays. Appetizers set the tone: roast pork and shrimp egg rolls, steamed or fried dumplings by the eight, cream cheese wontons, boneless spare ribs, chicken wings in mambo sauce, and a pu pu platter for two covering most of the fryer. The main card runs poultry, beef, pork and seafood over white rice, plus lo mein, chow mein, mei fun, moo shu with pancakes, egg foo young and sweet and sour. Lunch specials run until three, and dinner combinations arrive with fried rice.
