A West 84th Street kitchen in Hialeah where the American-Chinese card picks up a local accent: alongside crab rangoon and pan-fried pork dumplings sit guava and cream cheese wontons, fried crisp. Wings come three ways, salt-and-pepper, house hot sauce or honey garlic, and boneless roast pork arrives glazed in sweet hoisin barbecue. Mains reach honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, Singapore rice noodles in curry sauce, a Szechuan combination and a four-seasons plate of shrimp, chicken, roast pork and beef. Family combos bundle an appetiser, entrees and a quart of rice. Closed Mondays, and open latest at weekends. Portions run large.
