CHINA GARDEN – Restaurant

Tucked into the Bayside Bridge Shopping Center on McMullen Booth Road, this Clearwater kitchen bills itself plainly as New York style, and cooks like it. Soups arrive with fried noodles, small or large. The pu pu platter for two piles on beef teriyaki, pork egg rolls, krab rangoon, spare ribs, fried wonton, chicken wings and shrimp. Almond chicken, moo goo gai pan, honey chicken, Kung Po and pepper steak with onions carry the mains; a steamed section comes with sauce on the side. Take out or eat in, six days a week. Closed Tuesdays, open late on Friday and Saturday.
