CHINA KING – Restaurant

A Little Road takeout in Hudson, closed Mondays and open late on weekends. This China King works the standards hard: krab rangoon, barbecue spare ribs, fried or steamed dumplings and sugar donuts to start, then pepper steak, chicken with cashew nuts, Singapore chow mei fun, Mongolian beef and shrimp with garlic sauce. Chef's specialties, moo shi plates with pancakes, egg foo young and a steamed diet menu fill out a very long card. Combination platters land with rice, and a separate special platter section covers the bigger appetites. Beef with broccoli and chicken chow mein rank among the most-ordered plates.
