NOVA PIZZA – Restaurant

Nova Pizza is a small New York/New Jersey-style pizzeria on State Road 52 in Hudson, and it is the sort of place Pasco County residents drive across town for. The dough gets a garlic-butter finish, the sauce tastes like someone's recipe rather than a supplier's, and the white pizza and plain cheese pie are the two orders regulars repeat. Beyond pizza: stromboli, calzones, garlic knots, jumbo wings, eggplant and chicken parm, gnocchi bolognese. Portions are large enough that leftovers are the plan. Closed Mondays. Everything else, it delivers.
