Openers include egg rolls, shrimp egg rolls, spring rolls, crab rangoon, fried wontons, dumplings fried or steamed, shrimp toast, barbecued spare ribs and a pu pu platter built for two. Soups cover wonton, egg drop, hot and sour, and vegetable tofu. From there it spreads across lo mein, mei fun, chow mein, chop suey, moo shu, egg foo young, a lighter health-food list and combination platters. Catering trays are available for larger orders too.
