CHINA SEA – Restaurant
Tucked into a West Sample Road plaza in Coral Springs, China Sea runs one of the longer Chinese-American menus around, and it stretches well past the usual borders. Chef's specialties take in Tong Ting shrimp, Kung Pao Delight, a Szechuan Platter, seafood pan-fried noodles, Dragon and Phoenix, and pad thai. Miso soup shares the soup page with wonton and hot and sour. Noodles arrive as lo mein, chow fun, mei fun or Singapore style; moo shu is folded fresh to order. General Tso's tofu and a steamed diet list cover lighter eating. Combination plates run at both lunch and dinner.
