CHINA SKY – Restaurant

China Sky trades from a Seminole Pratt Whitney Road plaza in Loxahatchee, and its chef's page is where the kitchen stretches. Asparagus Super Deluxe brings jumbo shrimp, scallop and sliced chicken with snow peas, straw mushrooms and baby corn; Kung Pao Delight fires shrimp and diced chicken through hot pepper sauce; Seafood Delight adds lobster meat and mussels. Vegetarians get General Tso's tofu, sesame tofu, and snow peas, string beans and broccoli in garlic sauce. A Kid's Happy Box and a pu pu platter for two cover the family end. Fried rice runs to a Young Chow version. Closed Tuesdays.
