Pan-fried noodles come four ways, with seafood, beef, shrimp or chicken; two-flavour eggplant and chicken with shrimp and honey walnuts sit beside Hawaiian Five O, dragon and phoenix, scallops with beef and kung pao delight. A whole section is given over to string beans, stir-fried alone or with roast pork, chicken, beef or shrimp. Fifty-five lunch specials and fifty-three dinner platters carry the daily trade. Fried chicken wings, honey garlic and spicy buffalo, open the card, and the diet list is steamed.
