Out on West Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise, China Star runs a carryout menu that reaches further than most. Chef's specialties bring Happy Family, Seafood Delight, a Szechuan Platter, seafood pan-fried noodle, honey garlic and sweet and sour platters, sesame beef and orange beef. The vegetable page is unusually serious: garlic eggplant, triple mushroom fried tofu, sesame tofu, ma po tofu and sauteed garden vegetables. Edamame turns up among the wings, krab rangoon and pu pu platter. Chow fun, mei fun and Singapore rice noodles cover the noodles.
