China Star works a St James Drive plaza in Port St Lucie, bilingual menu, twenty chef's specialties, no fuss. Hawaiian Five O, kung pao delight, four seasons, crispy shrimp, dragon and phoenix, scallops with beef and hot and spicy shrimp headline that page. Cold sesame noodles, shrimp toast and a pu pu platter open proceedings, with house special and seafood soups built for two. The diet list is steamed without oil or salt, brown sauce on the side. Dinner platters arrive with an egg roll and roast pork fried rice. The kitchen runs to nine-thirty most nights, ten at weekends.
