CHINA WOK – Restaurant

A Forest Hill Boulevard takeout kitchen built on speed and a long list. The weekday lunch board, served until three, sets pepper steak, curry chicken or shrimp with lobster sauce beside fried rice and soup or soda. Around it: crab rangoon, boneless spare ribs, honey garlic wings, a pu pu platter for two. The chef's own page runs to Happy Family, Four Seasons, Dragon and Phoenix, orange beef and sesame chicken, while separate Szechuan, Hunan and Cantonese sections carry the heat and a steamed diet menu carries none. Combination dinner plates fill the rest. Chinese American cooking, portioned for regulars.
