Fried specialties lead: alas fritas, fried baby shrimp, krab meat sticks, fried scallops, fried fish, boneless chicken. Beyond them sit spring rolls, roast pork egg rolls, buffalo wings, steamed and fried dumplings, krab rangoon, beef and chicken teriyaki, then chop suey, mei fun, lo mein, egg foo young, moo shu and Szechuan, Hunan and Cantonese specialties.
