A downtown Lakeland bar and grill on South Kentucky Avenue, trading since 2006 on a simple promise: burgers that rock. The kitchen builds them big and specific. The Von Dutch layers gouda, sliced apple, onion rings and smokey sauce; the Blue Suede pairs blue cheese with beer-battered rings; the B.A.D. Burger runs breakfast all day behind bacon, ham and a fried egg. Beyond the patties sit a mojo pork sandwich, a Loco Cuban and the pulled-pork Rebel. Craft beer fills the taps, the patio looks onto the historic centre, and weeknights bring taco and dollar-wing specials. Loud, casual, unfussy fun.
