CHOPSTICKS – Restaurant
Royal Palm Boulevard's Chopsticks reads Chinese on the sign and pan-Asian on the plate. A full sushi bar turns out tuna towers, kani-su wrapped in cucumber, spider hand rolls and a lobster salad piled with tuna, crab and avocado. The kitchen side leans Thai and Hong Kong: pad thai, coconut chicken soup, chicken basil, curry shrimp with bamboo and ground peanut, and a dancing snapper fried whole under sweet-and-sour with pineapple. A healthy section rebuilds several dishes on brown rice. There is a kids' menu, a bento list and party platters. Closed Mondays, but open for lunch and dinner otherwise.
