Teal walls, Chagall-style paintings and deep corner booths: Cho-Sen Garden has anchored kosher Chinese dining in Forest Hills since 1990, with a full cocktail bar at the front and a sushi bar at the back. The kitchen works veal, chicken and beef hard. Chicken kew arrives with Chinese mushrooms, broccoli and snow peas; dragon and phoenix pairs prime rib with chicken; sesame beef comes coated in the chef's sauce; Cho-Sen lamb sits in a light brown gravy. Japanese plates add beef negimaki and rib steak teriyaki; sushi rolls run rolls rainbow and faux-shrimp. Closed on Fridays, reopening after sundown Saturday.
