CILANTRO 27 – Restaurant

A Peruvian ceviche bar tucked into a food hall a block off Lincoln Road, small counter, big flavours. The raw side is the point: classic ceviche, mixto, tuna nikkei, tiradito, crab causa, octopus al olivo, and tiger's milk served straight or as a sampler. Tostadas of tuna, shrimp and carnitas move fast at lunch. Cooked plates hold their own too, with lomo saltado, arroz con mariscos and arroz con pollo. Tacos and quesadillas come in barbacoa, carnitas, fish, shrimp and octopus. Wash it down with chicha morada or Inka Kola, then lucuma ice cream. Open every day, eleven until eight.
