Opened in April 2025 inside The Yard, this Ivanhoe Village hall took over a 12,550-square-foot, two-level space and filled it with local operators instead of a single kitchen. Smash burgers and house sauces at Smash Dunk. Slow-cooked fillings and hand-pressed tortillas at Doña Pepa. Rolls, bowls and Latin-inspired plates at Yakuza Sushi. Fried chicken, po'boys and shrimp and grits at 4 Hens. Luke's New York Bagels and Egg Dose take breakfast; a full bar covers the rest. There is an outdoor courtyard, private event space and parking at The Yard building entrance. One address, plenty of menus, no compromise required.
