Bagels at ten in the morning, street tacos at two, a smash burger and a margarita at nine: this Alden Road hall runs the whole day. Six kitchens trade side by side, among them Luke's New York Bagels, Egg Dose, Doña Pepa, Yakuza Sushi, Smash Dunk and 4 Hens with its New Orleans fried chicken and shrimp and grits. Empress Pizza, Fatboy Sandwiches and a Boricua frappe and acai counter are on the way. The central bar runs weekday happy hour and nightly specials. Sundays open at ten; Saturdays run late until eleven. Everyone at the table gets their way.
