CLUB GLADES – Restaurant

Down a dark road in the Redland, Club Glades looks shut from the street and is anything but. Sign up once at the bar for a lifetime membership card and you are in: pool tables, a jukebox, framed newspaper front pages, and a big thatched tiki hut out back with tables ringing an open-air bar. The kitchen runs Wednesday through Sunday evenings, turning out bar food such as a chicken Caesar wrap with baskets of fries. Live bands play Sundays, Wednesday is jam night, karaoke fills weekends and Thursdays bring pool tournaments. Drinkers consistently rate the food and prices highly.
