CMX CineBistro at Hyde Park Village runs six small auditoriums with reserved leather seating, a full bar and a kitchen sending modern New-American plates out while the picture rolls. Starters lean rich: tempura lobster tail, baked goat cheese with house-made tomato jam, fried Brussels sprouts with ras el hanout and Medjool dates. Mains run to steak au poivre with truffled pommes frites, pan-seared salmon, shrimp Florentine linguini and a tuna poke bowl. Movie candy cheesecake closes the meal.
