An entirely plant-based deli a few blocks off the beach in Cape Canaveral, small at the front and roomier out on the back patio. The menu runs past a hundred items and breakfast is served all day, from benedicts to chicken and waffles to a vegan rendering of the big mac. Ramen bowls, hoagies, subs, wraps and tacos share the board with New York bagels and house-made cream cheese spreads. Mac and cheese, soup of the day, pasta salad and potato salad are made in house. Gluten-free choices are extensive, the kitchen nut-free apart from coconut. Chocolate cake finishes it.
