Coco pairs a robata charcoal grill with a full sushi bar in Delray's Pineapple Grove: skewers of beef short rib, lamb chop, scallop, sea bass and cauliflower on one side; hamachi belly, Hokkaido uni, A5 wagyu tataki and blue-fin tuna with foie gras tiradito on the other. Signature rolls carry the menu, led by Out of Control, tuna, salmon and yellowtail in soy paper under avocado, four tobiko, spicy mayo, kimchee and eel sauce. Blue crab gyoza, crispy duck, pad thai.
