COCO'S CRUSH BAR & GRILL – Restaurant

An open-air beach bar that cooks like a Chesapeake seafood house. Coco's Crush Bar and Grill keeps three coastal locations, two of them on Clearwater Beach, and builds the menu around Maryland-style jumbo lump crab cakes sauteed and served with tartar and lemon. Around them sit firecracker shrimp, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, boom boom Brussels sprouts, ahi tuna nachos, grouper tacos, gator bites, fish and chips and a full seafood platter. The bar squeezes oranges to order for its signature crush, then runs a dozen variations. Nightly live music outdoors, shaded tables, flip-flops entirely acceptable. Salty, loud and completely unpretentious.
