COCOS CRUSH BAR NORTH BEACH – Restaurant

Coco's North sits on Poinsettia Avenue, a block back from the sand, and it is the Clearwater Beach room that runs all-you-can-eat snow crab legs every Monday. The kitchen is Maryland at heart: jumbo lump crab cakes, crab-stuffed mushrooms, a house crab dip, grouper cheeks, firecracker shrimp and a loaded seafood platter, with carne asada tacos, Philly cheesesteaks, patty melts and boom boom Brussels sprouts filling the rest. Crushes anchor the bar, the orange one squeezed fresh to order. Live music runs most nights, the room stays open-air and noisy. Beach dining with the volume up and the pretence off.
