Venezuelan baking runs this Doral counter, open seven until three, seven days a week. The signature is the Tequeno Linda Lares - thirty centimetres of pastry wrapped around queso chillon - with versions folded around guava, prosciutto, carne mechada, Nutella or dulce de leche. Cachitos arrive stuffed with ham, ham and cheese, jalapeno or pizza filling. Empanadas run to pabellon, shredded beef, cheese and mandoca; pastelitos and cachapa with cheese fill the rest of the case. Breakfast means arepas with avocado and eggs, waffles and eggs, buttered tostadas. Coffee is colada, cortado, marron, flat white and mochaccino, with natural juices.
