A Korean-leaning coffee and dessert counter tucked inside the H-Mart on West Colonial Drive, trading nine to ten every day. Espresso starts classic with cortado, flat white and caramel macchiato, then swerves into tiramisu latte built on mascarpone, ube latte, muddled banana latte and matcha half a dozen ways. Refreshers lean on Korean chung syrups: yuzu, Jeju halabong orange, grapefruit and green grape ade. The real draw is frozen. Lactose-free soft serve arrives as injeolmi, ube or Biscoff caramel, and bingsu shaved ice comes piled with red bean, mochi, roasted grain powder, almond and chocolate cake. Colourful, generous, distinctly Seoul.
