Hand-tossed and fired through the Pines Boulevard dinner rush, Coley's Pizza is a family-run New York-style pizzeria opened in 2010 by chef Nicole "Coley" Herzlich. The signature pies carry personality: Mean Supreme, Greece Lightning, Maui Madness, Double Pepperoni Hot Honey, plus a Grandma's Pie. Around them sit garlic rolls, loaded curly fries, jalapeno poppers, chicken parmesan, penne alla vodka, spaghetti and meatballs, Philly cheesesteaks and toasted Italian subs. An unusually complete vegan section runs to stromboli, chicken-style tenders, garlic rolls and its own dedicated pizzas. Salads and baked penne round out the board. Warm, unfussy, and built for neighbourhood regulars.
