An all-suite Margaritaville property on Tamiami Trail North, where the dining happens poolside at 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill. The kitchen leans Gulf Coast and island: fried grouper cheeks with tartar sauce, loaded tostones under pico and queso fresco, coconut shrimp with pineapple dipping sauce, shrimp tacos with cilantro-lime cabbage. Bigger plates run to LandShark beer-battered fish and chips, blackened chicken cavatappi in Cajun cream, a ten-ounce churrasco skirt steak with chimichurri. Burgers, a jerk chicken wrap and a Cajun cobb fill the middle. Frozen margaritas and boat drinks pour all afternoon; live music plays Thursday through Sunday evenings.
