COPP WINERY AND BREWERY – Restaurant

Crystal River's winery, brewery and restaurant under one ten-thousand-square-foot roof, where the tanks sit close enough to hear and smell from the rail. Fran Copp opened the winery in 2007, added a microbrewery in 2012 as the only Florida winery granted a brewpub licence, and moved to this Gulf to Lake Highway building in 2022 with a full-service kitchen, the Prohibition Grill. The cooking leans on a wood-fired oven and meats smoked in house, finished with the kitchen's own sauces. Two bars, a wine room, a speakeasy and a beer garden. Wednesday through Sunday, with live music on the calendar.
