COPPERLINE COFFEE AND CAFE – Restaurant

A Williamson Boulevard coffee house that bakes its own everything, seven days a week from seven in the morning. The draw is the biscuit board: hand-battered fried chicken on a house biscuit, the Copperline layered with red pepper jelly, pimento cheese and pecanwood bacon, the Copeland with goat cheese, the Farm Pup under sausage gravy. Waffles come plain, chocolate or banana bread. Croissant sandwiches carry chicken salad, smoked turkey with cranberry, or tuna. Kale Caesar and mandarin walnut salads lighten things; loaded potato soup does not. Espresso, pour-over, cold brew, and a honeysuckle latte built on vanilla, honey and cinnamon.
