A kosher burger club on Pico, retro-bright and colour-blocked, treating the patty as a canvas. The Corridor 18 is a seven-ounce beef patty under truffle aioli, arugula, pickled cucumber and beef bacon onion jam; the Desperado brings jalapeno aioli, guacamole and fresh chillies; the Pastrami Burger stacks four ounces of pastrami over Russian dressing. Beyond the buns sit a ribeye focaccia steak sandwich, crispy chicken thigh with coleslaw and honey mustard, Calabrian chilli wings, a Beyond Beef option, messy fries and truffle fries. Soft serve and cookies close it out. Kosher certified, which means no service on Fridays at all.
