Dinner only, Tuesday through Saturday, in a North Naples room that takes its cues from Cannes, Nice and Monaco. Chef and co-owner James Waller opens with grilled octopus over creamy hummus, Prince Edward Island mussels in white wine and basil pesto, and a cassolette d'escargots in garlic-parsley butter. Mains run to roasted crispy duck with cranberry-apple chutney, loup de mer Monegasque, shelled Maine lobster in champagne truffle sauce, and filet mignon au poivre flambeed in cognac. Profiteroles and creme brulee close things out. Guests come back for the classic French service and the long, seriously built wine list. Reservations advised.
