COTE FRANCE – Restaurant

Tucked into the Historic Venice Mall on Tampa Avenue West, this family-run French restaurant has been serving Venice since 2016 across a main dining room, a quieter mezzanine and a shaded umbrella patio. Starters are unashamedly classic: homemade foie gras terrine with mango chutney, pate du chef with cornichons, escargots baked in garlic and parsley butter, onion soup under melted Swiss. Mains include boeuf bourguignon braised for hours in red wine, slow-braised lamb shank, hanger steak frites, and a scallop risotto with asparagus. Warm goat cheese salad and a vegan roasted eggplant round it out. Sunday brunch too; reservations welcome.
