Out by Dolphin Mall and the Turnpike, this hotel restaurant is built for travellers keeping odd hours: hot breakfast and Starbucks coffee early, dinner and drinks at the end of the day. The Bistro card runs to eggs your way with breakfast potatoes, a breakfast burrito with bacon and jack cheese, French toast under strawberries and maple, then shifts after five to a three-cheese grilled cheese with tomato soup, a grilled chicken sandwich and a Mediterranean grain bowl of quinoa and baby kale. Weekday breakfast stretches to half ten. Dinner is five until ten, seven nights a week, cocktails included.
