COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER TAMPA – Restaurant

The Tampa franchise of the Maine lobster operation runs as a mobile kitchen, so the pitch changes week to week and the posted schedule is the thing to follow. The lobster does not change: wild-caught, shipped down from Maine, and loaded into split-top rolls either chilled with mayo or warm under drawn butter. The board also carries a shrimp roll, crab rolls in both Maine and Connecticut styles, lobster tots, lobster mac and cheese, a lobster BLT, tacos, quesadillas, and chowder or bisque by the cup. Whoopie pies, Cape Cod chips and bottled Maine Root soda finish the order off.
