COVE CLUB – Restaurant
A private waterfront members' club on North Flagler Drive, with a dining room whose service runs out to the pool, the sandy intracoastal beach and the dock. The coastal card opens at the raw bar with half-dozen oysters under passion fruit mignonette, Florida snapper ceviche in coconut leche de tigre, crispy tuna bites and an ahi poke on house taro chips. Mains include the El Cubano, a beach bum smash burger, shrimp tempura tacos and churrasco skirt steak with papas bravas. Charred octopus, birria empanadas and a Baja chop salad share the middle. Homemade soft-serve ice cream closes the meal.
